Dozens of advisory firms across the Netherlands and Europe use our platform daily. As Customer Success Manager, you ensure they get maximum value from it.
What will you do?
- Guide new clients from onboarding to independent use -- you are their first point of contact
- Advise clients on how to use the platform to reach more clients and grow their portfolio
- Pick up signals when clients get stuck and proactively intervene
- Structure client feedback and translate it into concrete input for the product team
- Make success measurable: track and improve adoption, retention and client satisfaction
- Develop onboarding materials: demos, guides and webinars that clients actually use
Who are we looking for?
- At least 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management or Consultancy at a B2B SaaS company
- You understand what clients need, often before they know it themselves
- Affinity with the insurance industry is a strong plus
- You can read data and translate it into concrete actions -- you steer on results, not gut feeling
- Independent and proactive, but you know when to involve the team
- Fluent in English, Dutch and/or German is a plus
