No. Onesurance is designed to go live without a heavy IT project. In most implementations, only client, policy and claims data needs to be provided. We handle the further setup and onboarding. We also work with integration partners who can further reduce the IT effort required from your organisation. We are happy to tell you more during a demo.
We start with a phase in which data is ingested and analysed. Within a few weeks the first insights and priorities in your book emerge. This is followed by targeted client actions, improving retention, cross-sell and conversion. In the first months the impact on your book and revenue becomes visible.
We work in four phases, so you stay in control at every stage and only scale up when the results justify it. In phase 1 we analyse your book data and build a concrete business case -- without burdening IT. In phase 2 we translate this into a strategy with an interactive dashboard for your management team. In phase 3 we test the solutions with a pilot group of advisers in practice, measure the impact and optimise where needed. Only in phase 4 do we scale to the entire organisation. Data security is a fundamental part of Onesurance. All data is processed within secured Azure EU environments and remains fully owned by your organisation. We comply with UK GDPR and relevant security standards. Data is used exclusively for analyses on your own book and is never shared with other parties.
