Anti-Spam & Acceptable Use Policy
Onesurance sends email only on a permission basis and with respect for the recipient. This policy explains how we do that and which uses we do not allow.
Onesurance, and the customers who use our platform, send email only to people who have a relationship with, or have given permission to, the sender. We do not tolerate spam. This policy describes our commitments as a sender and the rules for acceptable use of our email platform.

1. Who we are
"We", "us" or "our" means Onesurance B.V., with registered office at Rithmeesterpark 50-A1, 4838GZ Breda, the Netherlands and company number 87521997. Onesurance provides a platform that insurance intermediaries and advisers use to communicate with their own customers.
2. Permission-based email
We send marketing and relationship email only to recipients who have a valid basis for it — typically existing customers with an ongoing relationship with the sender, or recipients who have explicitly opted in.
We do not buy, rent or harvest mailing lists, and we do not use scraped or unsolicited email addresses.
3. Unsubscribe is always available
Every marketing email contains a clear, working unsubscribe link and supports one-click unsubscribe (in line with the List-Unsubscribe and List-Unsubscribe-Post standard, RFC 8058).
Unsubscribe requests are processed immediately: the address is placed on a suppression list and receives no further email.
4. Clear sender identification
Every email shows a recognisable sender, an accurate and non-misleading subject line, and a valid from- and reply-address. The identity of the sending organisation is always clear.
Our sending domains are authenticated with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, so recipients can trust that the email genuinely comes from us.
5. Bounces and complaints
We continuously monitor bounce and complaint rates. Permanent bounces and spam complaints automatically lead to suppression of the address concerned, which is then no longer contacted.
6. Prohibited use
When using our email platform, it is not permitted to:
- send unsolicited bulk email (spam);
- use bought, rented or harvested mailing lists;
- falsify header or sender information, or mislead recipients;
- send unlawful, deceptive, harmful or offensive content;
- ignore a recipient's request to unsubscribe;
- otherwise breach applicable laws and regulations or this policy.
Violations may lead to suspension or termination of sending privileges.
7. Legal framework
We act in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the ePrivacy rules and the Dutch Telecommunications Act. See also our Privacy statement for how we process personal data.
8. Reporting abuse
If you receive unwanted email that appears to have been sent through our platform, or if you have questions about this policy, please contact us at DPO@onesurance.ai or via our contact page. We investigate every report.
