Top Focus

Top Focus is a combined action list that shows relationships with actions from:

  • Top Sales growth opportunities)

  • Top Defend retention and risk signals)

  • Top Care (duty of care risk signals)

  • Top Fit customers with high proxy potential)

Top Focus helps advisors work from a single list, with a clear order of priority.

What do you see in the Top Focus list?

A prioritized list of contacts (highest priority at the top) with the same filters you are used to, so you can quickly segment (e.g., by office, advisor, contact characteristics, or status).

Action indicators per relationship, depending on your organization's settings:

  • Sales

  • Defend

  • Care

  • Fit

Not all modules need to be enabled for your organization.

How prioritization works

  • Top Focus sorts relationships based on a combined score

  • This places relationships with the highest overall priority at the top.

  • If a relationship has multiple signals (e.g., Sales and Defend), this is taken into account in the prioritization and you can see the signals immediately.

Actions from the Top Focus list are processed only once and provide feedback on all applied models. If a relationship has multiple signals (Sales/Defend/Care), the same action applies to all linked predictions.

Configuration is per module

Top Focus is a combined display, not a replacement for modules. Settings remain adjustable per module, such as:

  • Numbers in Top Sales Top Defend

  • Barriers and selection criteria

  • Exclusions and segment rules

Top Focus follows this configuration and bundles the results in a single action list.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does Top Focus replace the Top Sales Top Defend ?

No, both modules will remain, but Top Focus is the combined starting point for daily follow-up.

What if a relationship is both Sales and Defend?

If you see multiple action indicators for the same relationship, the action will be processed once and will apply to both predictions.

Can I still control the numbers per module?

Yes, the underlying configuration remains available at the module level.

Why do I see Care as an indicator?

Care can be visible as an additional duty of care signal if this is configured or active within your environment. The operation remains the same: signals are compiled in a single list and actions are processed once.

Best practices

  • Use Top Focus as a starting point for regular follow-up

  • Filter by your own portfolio or office to maintain focus

  • Work from top to bottom: the list is already prioritized

  • Process actions immediately after contact so that your list remains up to date and follow-up is consistent.
