Mail Agent
The Mail Agent writes hyper-personalized emails based on customer data, as if they account managers written directly by the account managers .
Emails are sent on behalf of the personal account managers by default, unless otherwise configured.
Functionality
Automatic check-in mails and personal messages to customers
Application of modules such as Top Defend and/or Top Sales in email communications
Ability to add the Chat Agent for an 'insurance check'
Alternative: direct link to booking page for directly scheduling appointments with consultants
Chat Agent module (optional)
A customer can do an insurance check directly via chat after receiving the mail
Client can explain his/her situation in the chat, and answer additional questions about whether his/her situation has changed
If desired, schedule an appointment with the account managers
The chat conversation report will be available to account managers, as will the scheduled appointment.
Without chat module
All communication is via email and/or portal
The account managers take over, supplement, or follow up on the contact where necessary.
