AI Models & Predictions
We’ve made some important updates to boost our predictions:
The Churn predictions have been enhanced by:
Excluding customers with recent contact interactions
Not considering children of parents due to relationship structure
Omitting customers with only one policy
The new solutions Next Best Policy and Cross- and Upsell have been launched!
These new AI modules predict the customers most likely to take out more policies and identify which policies are most likely to be relevant to them
Currently, predictions are available upon request and we are working hard to integrate them into the Portal.
The Portal
We have implemented several improvements related to the use of the Active Customer Management app:
The landing page is now the action list for advisors, with the management dashboard accessible in the menu
An additional filter is available for filtering by individual or business relationship type
Selected filters in the action list are now saved, so they don't need to be reset after every action processing
Taken actions and their corresponding feedback are now displayed on the customer's detail page

A notification if two or more colleagues are working on the same action
