Some improvements have been made for the use of the new active customer management portal, based on feedback we received from advisory teams; the latest update includes enhancements in filters, data visualization, and customer data loading.
The Portal
We've made several enhancements regarding the use of the Active Customer Management app:
Added more filter options
Displayed more data on the customer detail page
