Together, we are making sure that more and more people and businesses are properly insured.
As Customer Success Manager, you will play a key role: you will ensure that our customers not only get off to a successful start, but also get lasting value from our solutions. You will supervise implementations, analyze usage, think proactively about smart applications and build a strong relationship with the customer. You are the connecting link between customer and product - and a familiar face within our team.
What you will do 👩💻
You will assist new customers with onboarding, implementation and training
You actively think about how clients can use our platform even smarter in their consulting work
You identify challenges and solve them together with our development team
You translate customer feedback into concrete improvement ideas for the product
You'll help make success measurable - from usage data to customer satisfaction and retention
You will participate in improving the onboarding process, with creative enhancements such as creating inspiring product demos, a documentation page, webinars, etc.
Who we are looking for 🔎
You can empathize well with the customer and his or her daily practice
You have experience in a customer-facing role, for example in Customer Success, account management or implementation or change management projects
You understand how SaaS works and get excited about smart, scalable solutions
You are analytically strong, think quickly and know how to distinguish main issues from side issues
You love working with your team, but are also very independent
You communicate clearly (both in Dutch and English), work in a structured way and easily switch between different stakeholders
