When deploying Artificial Intelligence, data ethics play a major role. This is why we work closely with our sister company Brush-AI and the Netherlands' first company specifically dedicated to responsible AI.

For example, we ensure that the algorithms we design "by design" comply with the Ethical Framework for Data Applications of the Dutch Association of Insurers.

We see it every day in the office, due to modern computer technology, the mountain of "big data" is growing exponentially. But what can we do with this, as yet meaningless, data? How do we turn it into actionable information that figuratively puts us in formation allowing us to make better decisions and improve customer service? And how do we ensure that this data-driven decision-making happens in an ethical and responsible manner?
