Mail Agent

The Mail Agent writes hyper-personalized emails based on customer data, as if they were created directly by the advisor .
Emails are sent on behalf of the personal advisor by default, unless otherwise set up.

Functionality

• Automatic check-in mails and personal messages to customers

• Application of modules such as Top Defend and/or Top Sales in email communications

• Ability to add the Chat Agent for an 'insurance check'

• Alternative: direct link to booking page for directly scheduling appointments with consultants

Chat Agent module (optional)

• A customer can do an insurance check directly via chat after receiving the mail

• Client can explain his/her situation in the chat, and answer additional questions about whether his/her situation has changed

• If desired, schedule an appointment with the advisor

• The record of the chat conversation becomes available to the advisor, as does the scheduled appointment

Without chat module

• All communication is via email and/or portal

• The advisor can take over the contact, supplement or follow up as needed

Appointment freedom:
Customers choose when they want to contact their advisor or schedule an appointment

Smart Follow-up:
When a customer does not respond, the Top DefendTop Sales forecast is put into the task list after a few weeks, so the advisor can still actively contact them.
