Action lists & Feedback
Using action lists and incorporating feedback
Action lists are at the heart of daily work with Onesurance. They bundle all priority customers and actions from modules such as Top Defend, Top Sales and Top Care into a single overview. That way, as a user, you know exactly which relationships need attention and why.
How does consulting action lists work?
Each module (such as Top Defend or Top Sales) generates its own action list of relationships where action is recommended.
You can filter the list by relationship type, office, advisor or segment, for example.
Per relationship, you will see immediately:
The reason for priority (e.g., increased churn probability, cross-sell potential, duty-of-care signal)
The relevant scores, such as CLV, odds ratios or relevant triggers
Possible action steps (visit, call, email)
You choose a relation, determine the contact moment and can start your action through the interface.
How does giving feedback on predictions work?
For each action processed, you can provide feedback with one of the default options (e.g., call had, not available, not relevant) and add explanations.
Feedback can be positive (prediction correct) or negative (irrelevant, wrong signal).
You have the option to record the feedback immediately while capturing the action or process it later.

Why is feedback so important?
Processed feedback is actively used to improve Onesurance s AI model.
Your reviews help refine predictive models (e.g., better recognize customers who do/don't need action).
Good and consistent feedback helps analyze results and visualize value improvement in your portfolio.
Feedback ensures that subsequent action lists are increasingly in line with practice in your own organization.
Processing result of feedback
You will be offered increasingly relevant lists over time.
Unwarranted predictions and irrelevant actions are filtered out, increasing your time efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Results and progress are transparent through dashboards, so you always keep track of the value added by using Onesurance .
