Top Sales module
Top Sales is a combination of an AI model which does extensive analysis on your portfolio, and an action list for advisors to work on a daily level with key Top Sales customers.
The basis is an AI model that predicts for each customer which additional insurance product is most likely to be successful, based on customer characteristics, existing products, external data and closure behavior of comparable customers. This supports account managers in purposefully increasing policy density with existing customers.
How does Top Sales work?
The model predicts by customer:
The recommended product type
The probability that the customer will close the product
The reason(s) for relevance
Possible timing and triggers (such as change in family composition)
Output: a priority list where the probability of conversion is demonstrably higher.
Smart prioritization
Instead of cold calling or broad campaigns, Top Sales provides a targeted list of customers where the likelihood of conversion is demonstrably higher. As a result, sales teams save time, increase the relevance of their contact and improve conversion rates.

View by customer:

Potential sales and number of policies
Segment/profile, such as Defend, Nurture, Enlarge
Working from a targeted list: do not approach broadly, but rather those customers with high cross-sell potential
